Project Description
The new Southern Pines K-5 elementary school replaces the aging and deteriorating Southern Pines Primary School (grades K-2) and Southern Pines Elementary School (grades 3-5) buildings, effectively consolidating two schools into one. The school will be a two-story structure with a capacity for 800 students. The new school is located in the Morganton Park North area between West Southern Pines and The Legends at Morganton Park. The new facility is 120,000 sf.
