Robbie Ferris, Firstfloor and SfL+A architects CEO , grew up dreaming about designing a home for Superman and finding alternative solutions to problems. Today, when faced with the challenge of delivering a new school building to a district with little money to pay for it, Robbie applies those same traits to help the client. Robbie developed a financing formula that looks at the total cost of ownership of a building and designs high performance, energy positive systems that synergistically work together to reduce the total cost of ownership. Robbie has 30+ years designing and managing educational facility projects.
